Carmiel Mayor Adi Eldar has submitted a letter to Kadima Chairman Shaul Mofaz in which he explains that Kadima has ceased to function as an ideological home for him, and that he has decided to pledge his allegiance to the Labor party, and devote his efforts to its success in the upcoming elections.
