Minister Dan Meridor related Wednesday to possible High Court circumvention legislation on the evacuation of Ulpena hill neighborhood: “Unconstitutional High Court circumvention legislation is not in our arsenal. Nor can a retroactive law cancel a ruling that happened in the past. I don’t see any way the government will not respect the ruling of the High Court.”
