Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas will swear in a new PA cabinet on Wednesday, the PA news source Maan reports. Abbas’ cabinet had been missing members following resignations; new appointments were approved last week by the Fatah Central Committee.

Abbas had held off on reforming his cabinet as Hamas and Fatah negotiated the recreation of a unity Hamas-Fatah PA government. Talks between the groups fell through earlier this year.
