Israel does not have enough organized recreation activities available to children and youth, Dr. Yitzchak Kadmon told MKs on Wednesday. Kadmon, who heads the Council for the Welfare of the Child, spoke regarding recent high-profile crimes, some of which involved teenagers.
“There aren’t enough frameworks for children and youth activities, and there are not enough care centers and institutions for children in crisis,” he said.
