The Prison Services has rejected an appeal for early release from Shlomi Dvir. Dvir, along with Ofer Gamliel, was convicted of attempting to bomb a Palestinian Authority school and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Dvir had applied for early release based on his good behavior while in prison, and the fact that security services have deemed him no longer a risk.
