A difficulty in recruiting skilled workers for industry continued in early 2012, according to a poll of more than 170 industrial companies conducted by the economic research department of the Manufacturers Association.

The percentage of firms reporting the difficulty remained more than 78% in the first quarter of 2012, similar to the last quarter of 2011.
