A resident of the community of Maale Levona in Binyamin, who returned to Israel from a Chabad mission to India with his wife and children on Thursday morning, was arrested at the Ben-Gurion Airport. He was released following negotiations between an attorney from the Honenu legal aid association and the police.
Airport police told the man that the police’s international investigations unit had wanted him for questioning. An inquiry into the matter revealed that the investigation concerns the publication of articles in the “Hakol Hayehudi” newsletter more than a year ago, in which the man allegedly called for violence.
The “Hakol Hayehudi” newsletter has been under an extensive investigation for quite some time. The investigation has included raids on the newsletter’s offices, confiscating equipment and arresting people.
