Damascus Death Toll up to 50

The death toll in the Thursday-morning twin bombing in the Al-Kazzaz neighborhood of Damascus rose to 50, Thursday afternoon. While it is not clear who carried out the attack, Syrian state media pointed the finger at  "terrorists".
