Court: Expulsion of Mitzpeh Avichai Resident Illegal

The Jerusalem District Court has prevented the police from expelling Aryeh Davis from demolished outpost Mitzpeh Avichai. The police claim he was in violation of entering a closed military zone, but the Court ruled that he is a permanent resident of Mitzpeh Avichai, and the zone is, therefore not off limits to him.
