Interpol Conference in Tel Aviv

For the first time in Israel’s history, the Interpol international police force is holding its annual meeting in the country. Senior police commanders, ministers, observers, and representatives from international organizations are attending the meeting in Tel Aviv this week.

“The European Interpol conference is a very important event for the region and the international community,” the Israel Police said. “The conference is a central area in which strategies are formed regarding cooperation between police around the world in their fight against crime.”

Forty-nine countries are represented at the event.
