A 20-year-old Sudanese man living in southern Tel Aviv was arrested Wednesday for rape and theft. The man allegedly broke into an apartment in the Hatikva neighborhood and raped a woman living there, then stole money.
Late last week a group of Sudanese men were arrested for attacking two teenagers, a boy and 15-year-old girl, and violently sexually assaulting the girl. The attack took place in southern Tel Aviv.
