With more than half the ballots counted, Monday morning, President Serzh Sarksyan's Republican party led the Armenian parliamentary elections with more than 46 percent of the vote, according to the country's central election committee.

Coalition partner "Prosperous Armenia" received almost 31 percent of the vote.
