The High Court on Sunday will discuss a request by the state to reopen discussion on the demolition of ten buildings at Givat Ha'Ulpanah in Beit El. In a hearing last week, the court gave the state two months to arrange for a new policy that would determine the protocol for demolishing buildings constructed on private Arab land.
The state is requesting an extension to include ten other buildings that are supposed to be demolished in that policy as well.
