The Palestinian Authority, in coordination with the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria, returned an Israeli who had entered the western-Samarian PA city of Kalkilye Thursday evening to Israeli police, who took him in for questioning.

In making the announcement, the Israel Defense Forces issued a reminder that entry into Area A of the PA - under complete PA authority - is prohibited unless coordinated with security officials, and entry into Area B, with less PA authority, is dangerous and authorities recommend against it.
