The Haifa District Court sentenced 23-year-old Shadi Salach of the Galilee town of Beit Jan to 14 months in prison on convictions for torching a cellular telephone antenna and trespassing on the Partner Communications site in Beit Jan where the antenna was located last November, taking the antenna out of service.

Salach was given credit for the house arrest he has been under since his arrest. He faces a month behind bars and 10 months probation, and was ordered to pay Partner 10,000 shekels compensation.
