The Council for Regulating Sports Betting in Israel (Totto) decided, Sunday to fine the Israel Football Association 2.35 million shekels.

Totto cited its loss in income as a result of cancellation of games on April 21st, following a brawl on the field at the end of a match on the previous day, only weeks after a similar incident.
