The Legal Forum for the Land of Israel welcomed on Friday the state's request to hold a renewed discussion regarding the planned demolition of the Ulpana neighborhood in Beit El.

Attorney Yossi Fuchs said that the request is the first step towards justice with residents who innocently purchased the apartments at full price while receiving the state's incentives. "We are confident that the Supreme Court will retain the property rights and accept the request," he added.
