According to Syrian activists, up to 70 people have been killed in what would appear to be a massive explosion that leveled several houses in southern Hama. They claim the government is responsible for what might have been a Scud missile attack. State TV claims terrorists detonated  a bomb factory, causing the destruction. (BBC)
