A mass Kabbalat Shabbat service, attended by rabbis, will take place in the Shimon HaTzaddik neighborhood in Jerusalem on Friday, close to where a hareidi-religious Jew was stabbed on Thursday.
The incident occurred when assailants believed to be Arabs stabbed a 20-year-old Jew at the "hotels junction" near the Tomb of Shimon HaTzaddik. The victim was reportedly in moderate condition and conscious before he was evacuated to a hospital.
