24-year-old Maya Liss has received the award for excellence from the Head of the Personnel Directorate, Major General Orna Barbivay. Liss received the award in a ceremony on Tuesday. Liss is a new immigrant from the United States and moved to Israel with the assistance of the Nefesh B'Nefesh organization.
