This official Yom HaShoah commemoration is taking place Wednesday night in Jerusalem at the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial museum. Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu, President Shimon Peres and others are speaking at event. Yom Hashoah is the Holocaust and Heroism Remembrance Day in Israel and commemorates the Nazi perpetrated Holocaust during World War II and those that fought against it.
