Abuchatzeira Associates Claim Cooperation on Taxes

Sources close to Rabbi Yekutiel Abuchatzeira rejected, Sunday, claims by tax authorities that the rabbi did not report 9.5 million shekels in income between 2003 and 2009. The sources told Arutz Sheva that Abuchatzeira "is a modest man who devotes his time to studying Torah and helping others." They said they have receipts to prove their claims that the rabbi transferred the contributions to their targets.

The sources say Rabbi Abutchatzeira opened his door to tax authorities and insisted on full cooperation, handing over all his documents except for what the called a ridiculous reques for 12-year-old children to fill out a financial statement.
