      ZAKA Get-Together for Passover

Members of the ZAKA response group enjoyed a family get-together on Tuesday in honor of Passover. Volunteers and their families met in the Menachem Begin Park in Tel Aviv, where they were given drinks and tickets to attractions at the park including boat rides and inflatable castles for children.

The group organized assistance for lost children while at the park, an initiative so successful that park management asked ZAKA volunteers to remain for the rest of chol hamoed (the intermediate days of Passover).

The ZAKA organization began as a group that collected body parts of terrorism victims for proper burial. It now is a massive group that has carried out search and rescue missions around the world.
