Podcast Interview: Do You Drink Milk on Passover?

The reason for this is because in Turkish, to keep the milk fresh, an ingredient was added which was not kosher-for-Passover. This is just one of the many tidbits of information in a special interview about the Turkish Sephardic Jewish tradition on Passover. Behar's grandson explains the significance of the musical tradition and food traditions of the Turkish Jewish community. For the full podcast click here
