Pipe Bomb in Bnei Brak Apparently Criminal

Police sappers neutralized a pipe bomb that was placed under a car on Rechov Hamaccabim in Bnei Brak, east of Tel Aviv, Tuesday morning. The bomb was discovered by the owner.

The incident was apparently criminal in nature and not a terrorist act.
