An indictment is to be handed down Sunday against a 28 year old man who ran over an individual outside a Kiryat Shmona area nightclub. Reuven Labot was killed in the parking lot of the nightclub in Kibbutz Kfar Giladi.
The culprit will most likely be charged with manslaughter, attorneys said.
