Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan criticized Iran, Thursday, against the background of its attempts to move negotiations with the West regarding its nuclear development program from Turkey to Syria or Iraq.

Erdoğan told a news conference in Ankara, "Iran does not proceed according to the language of diplomacy. It operates under different rules."
