Traffic congestion is expected, Tuesday morning, on Highway 4 in the Kiryat Chaim area, north of Haifa, due to construction work that is taking longer than planned.

A portion of the northbound highway under the Kiryat Ata bridge will also be closed and traffic will only be allowed over the bridge.
