The Israel Defense Forces' Technology and Logistics Branch is conducting a spot drill including a spur-of-the-moment call-up of reservists and the mobilization of heavy trucks. The exercise is scheduled to run until 6:00 p.m. Tuesday in the north, the valleys and the Hula area.

A surge of troop and security truck movements will be felt in those areas, including Highway 4.
