Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad will make a speech, this weekend, "to the Syrian people and the world," the Damaspost Website close to the government, reported Thursday.

Damaspost cited "informed sources" who said that Al-Assad will say that "the Syrian people" eliminated a plot against the country and reveal previously unpublished details.
