The IDF opened a road in the Shomron, between Itamar and Elon Moreh, for Arab use on Tuesday. The road had been closed for security reasons. The road was opened despite the fact that just a few days ago, six Arab boys with knives were caught nearby.

Benny Katzover of the Shomron Residents Committee said in response that the decision is a frivolous one which prefers the comfort of the Arabs at the expense of the security of Jewish residents.
