Teachers in the HILA program for at-risk students and dropouts are striking the program's 160 centers throughout the country, Tuesday, in protest of their employment under contract-labor conditions.

On Monday, the Education Ministry published a new bid for employing the teachers, which is supposed to improve their conditions.
