Opposition Leader Tzipi Livni said, Sunday evening, that the Supreme Court's decision to reject the government's agreement with residents of Migron to relocate them to another spot on the same strategic hill in the Binyamin region was a binding one. She continued, "Butbeyond theCourt's position- the ideathat thereisa hill nearby on which the settlerswill be ableto exercisetheir ideology-isimmoral.It is immoralto takethese people,uprootthemand plantthemon a nearby hill which might also be evacuated."

The Kadima party chairwoman added, "There isa government here which is not ready to acceptthe desireddecisionto settle theresidentsin a place whichwill not be evacuated.It insists on notdeciding.Leadershipmust make decisions-notrun away from themand not wait forthe courtto decidein its place."
