The High Court of Justice rejected, Sunday afternoon, an agreement, recently worked out, between the state and residents of the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Migron, which would have allowed them to remain until a new, nearby community was built. Supreme Court President Asher Grunis and justices Miriam Naor and Salim Jubran extended the eviction date to August 1st.
