A ceremony for laying the cornerstone of the prestigious Neve Maoz Daniel neighborhood was held, Thursday in the Samarian Jewish community of Karnei Shomron. It was the first such ceremony, following a 10-year freeze on new construction by the national government. The neighborhood will include 50 new units.
