Toulouse Terrorist Visited Israel

A senior American source in Afghanistan confirmed to French newspaper Le Monde, Thursday, that there were stamps in the passport of Mohammad Merah, the terrorist who killed four Jews, Monday, at the Otzar Hatorah synagogue in Toulouse, that testify to his having been in Israel, Jordan, Syria and Iraq. During is stay in Israel, he spent some time in Judea and Samaria. It is believed he was gathering intelligence for the attacks he eventually carried out.

The officer said that before Merah was arrested in Afghanistan, he visited the Indian embassy there in an attempt to get entry into India.
