Defense Minister Barak asserts that Iran has not completed its nuclear military program out of concern for a possible Israeli or US attack.
According to Barak, Iran has spread out its nuclear installations underground to minimize damage in the event of an attack. He added that there is full coordination between Israeli and US Intelligence and rhetoric analysis, with all options still on the table.
Speaking on Reshet Bet radio, Barak explained that the US has the capability to afford an attack at a later date, while Israel must seize the opportunity much sooner.
Defense Minister Barak spoke from Germany, where he signed an agreement for the purchase of another Dolphin submarine.
