The State Prosecution said Wednesday that protesters who made the Nazi salute will not be investigated, because the salute is not illegal in Israel. The statement came in response to an appeal from the Land of Israel Legal Forum.
The Legal Forum had called to investigate and prosecute several people who made the Nazi salute during a far-left protest in Tel Aviv in December 2011.
