Chairman Danny Danon of the Knesset Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Affairs Committee called, Tuesday, for inter-parliamentary cooperation on toughening punishment for anti-Semitic murder.
Speaking during a committee hearing on Anti-semitism in the Diaspora and its influence on aliyah (Jewish immigration to Israel), the Likud lawmaker said, "The penalty must be capital punishment. Anyone who murders against an anti-Semitic background is not entitled to any other punishment."
