Shekel Stronger, Dollar Euro Close, Yen Down

The official value of the shekel rose an average of .407 percent, Friday, against the currencies featured on the Bank of Israel's foreign-exchange list. The United States dollar was set at NIS 3.769, down .396 percent, while the Euro declined .366 percent to 4.9236 shekels.

The pound sterling was set at NIS 5.9273, down .089 percent, while 100 Japanese yen fell .844 percent to four and a half shekels.
