David Toniok of Kenya won the second annual Jerusalem International Marathon, Friday, covering the 42 kilometers/26 miles in two hours, 19 minutes and 52 seconds, a record for the event. Gudeta Biratu of Ethiopia came in second with a time of 2:22:42, followed by Kenya's John Mutai at 2:23:31.
