Egypt's general prosecutor charged 75 people Thursday, in the riot, six weeks ago, that resulted in the deaths of at least 74 people and the injuring of more than a thousand at the end of a soccer gamein Port Said.

A statement by the general prosecutor said that the defendants included nine police officers, two minors and three Port Said team officials.
