The Knesset Finance Committee approved an agreement with the Treasury, Tuesday, under which about 200,000 disabled and other needy people will pay less for water, starting on July 1st. The agreement was the result of two years of negotiations.

Committee Chairman Moshe Gafni welcomed the agreement, referring to it as "justice for weak populations".
