The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court cleared nationalist activist Itamar Ben-Gvir, Tuesday of charges he supported a terror organization. The charges were filed after Ben-Gvir rented an apartment in Jerusalem and ran activities of the Kach organization there.

Judge Alexander Ron criticized the state for not laying a foundation of evidence as required, among other evidentiary failures.
