Following an assessment by the security establishment, Sunday evening, it was decided that school will not be held, Monday, in communities within a radius of seven to 40 kilometers from Gaza. A similar closure was in effect on Sunday.
Schools in the 0-to-seven-kilometer range have been operating under Gaza fire for years and classes are scheduled to be held there.
