A missile alert was sounded in Be'er Sheva, shortly before 3:30, Sunday afternoon. People were instructed to find shelter.

The alert followed an attack, shortly before 3:00, in which a rocket landed near a residential building in the city, damaging a water main and burning a vehicle. No injuries were reported, but a number of people were treated for psychological trauma.
