The Supreme Court has reduced by two years the jail term given to a Gaza terrorist who tried to kill IDF soldiers. The man will now serve 10 years in prison instead of 12. The sentence was reduced “because the plaintiff apparently did not return to this type of [terrorist] activity, and did not in fact report on IDF troop movements,” wrote Justice Miriam Naor.
