Police arrested a second suspect in the burgeoning car theft industry. The suspect is a man in his 30s from the Palestinian Authority community of Anata. He is being accused of accosting Israeli motorists at knifepoint in Judea and Samaria and then stealing their cars. 
 
According to the 19th century Biblical researcher Edward Robinson, Anata is the location of the ancient city of Anathoth, birthplace of Jewish prophet Jeremiah.
