Gershon Mesika, the head of the Shomron Regional Council and Benny Katzover of the Shomron Residents Committee send a letter to government ministers asking them to cancel the agreement between Israel Magen David Adom emergency medical services and the Red Cross. They accused the MDA of agreeing with the Red Cross not to operate any ambulances in Judea and Samaria.
