Kara: No Democracy Here Without Jewish Rule

Member of Knesset Ayoub Kara said, Sunday, "I don't want another people to rule here. If another people will be here, there won't be democracy. The country I love won't be here.

Interviewed on Arutz Sheva's Hebrew journal regarding Supreme Court Justice Salim Jubran's refusal to sing Hatikvah, the national anthem, at a recent event,  the Druze from Dalit El-Carmel said, "This is a Jewish state and I'll keep her Jewish," adding that it cannot be Muslim or Christian and remain democratic. He continued, "And even if two million Druze come, I'll tell them that I want the government to be in the hands of the Jews. The culture of the Middle East does not  allow democracy unless the government is in the hands of the Jews. This is my vision. This is my way and this is my belief."
